Return Policy
Claims for Damaged or Defective Items
If you notice an item is damaged, defective, or misprinted, please submit a claim within 15 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims due to an error on our part will be covered at our expense.
If you notice any issues with your order, please submit a problem report, and we'll work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Return Address
All shipments' default return address (Unit 3, 3500 Laird Rd, Mississauga, ON L5L 5Y4 Canada) is set to our fulfillment facility. You will be notified via automated email when a returned shipment is received. Please note that unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 15 days.
You will be responsible for any return costs if the return address is not set to our fulfillment facility.
Incorrect Address
If you provide an incorrect or insufficient address that results in a returned package, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs once the correct address is confirmed.
Unclaimed Shipments
If an order goes unclaimed, it will be returned to our facility. Once we have the correct address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sealed goods, such as face masks or any other items deemed unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. Any returned items, such as face masks, will not be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
Returns by Customers
We do not offer size exchanges. If you need a different size, please place a new order.
European Union Consumers
According to EU consumer rights (Directive 2011/83/EU), returns are not permitted for:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Sealed goods opened after delivery (such as hygiene-related products) cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons.
As such, we reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion.
General Terms
This policy will be governed by the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose. All terms are subject to changes based on updated regulations or circumstances.
